BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Together Nepal Tours is an incorporated travel company under the laws of Nepal Government. We accept the reservation and booking under the following terms and conditions. The terms and condition which are mentioned below should know by trekkers, travelers, mountaineers, and adventure enthusiasts. We cheer up you to read them carefully.
The trip price is not included in our website. If you so the interest of being a part of the Duke Nepal Adventure then please send us an email. Our enthusiastic personnel from the Duke Nepal will immediately send you the tariff. Payment can be made on Hand to hand, immediate cash pick up agent, Visa Card, Master Cards, and also by bank transfer in which cash payment will be calculated and shown in Nepali rupees at the current rate against the any currency. There is a surcharge of 3.5% when a payment is paid with a credit card. We require at least 30 % payment which is non refundable while confirming your booking. You can pay the due amount in our workstation.
The cancellations of the trip will lose your money if cancellation is not done under our terms and conditions that you have paid to Duke Nepal Adventure.You can postpone your trip, which our company can make contraction, but you need to pay for booking expenses. There is all detail on our company website which can help you in understanding. Please note that these conditions are subject to change.
PERSONNEL AFFIRMATION AND RISK DISCLOSURE
The mountain trek or expedition, jungle tour, traveling in mountain terrain, on rivers and in the forests, whitewater rafting, traveling by aircraft, car, coach, jeep, boat, canoe, raft, elephant, donkey, bicycle, or any other means of transport or any other portion of the journey or vacation under contains limited risks, accident or illness which caused due the following reason:
Personal travel insurance is not included in our holiday package. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of all participants, it is a condition of booking that you take out a personal travel insurance policy. To protect against unforeseen circumstances, it is advisable to take a “Trip cancellations and medical insurance policy” before you reached to the destination. Such medical policies should cover transportation costs in the event of a helicopter or surface evacuation. Medical coverage is especially mandatory for those who are trekking at high altitudes
